School Supplies Purchasing Program

The Hardy PTO is once again offering to make the first day of school a little easier for students and families with our school supplies purchasing program! This year, in addition to classroom cleaning supplies, you can order all of your child’s classroom/shared supplies as well. See flier.

Next School Year

Please contact Linda Garrity (781-316-3782) as soon as possible if your child or children will not be returning to Arlington Public Schools in September. This includes any 5th graders who will NOT be attending Ottoson Middle School next year. Having an accurate count helps us begin the placement process for next year.

Another Chapter Program

Show that special teacher or staff member how much you care with a lasting gift to the Hardy Library! Make a $10.00 donation to the Another Chapter Program in the name of the person you wish to honor. Your donation will go to the purchase of books for our library. We will also send a card to the honoree letting them know a donation was made in their name.

Girl Scout Community Service Project Book Drive

A local Cadette Girl Scout will be collecting gently used books, books on tape (either CD’s or cassette tapes), educational, American Girl and sport magazines, etc. to help stock the school libraries. Please bring your donations to the Hardy, Thompson or Fox Library where there will be drop boxes at each location clearly marked in the lobbies. Please do not bring the books into the libraries. This project will run now till the end of school year of June 2011. Thank you!
