As we enter this festive season, I wanted to thank everyone who took one a star or two from our gift giving winter scene. If you have yet to do so, please return your gift ASAP so that our organizer, Amy Reese (firstname.lastname@example.org), can deliver it to the intended organization. Last Call for Hardy T-shirts
If you have not returned your child's Hardy t-shirt order form (attached), please do so this week. We are putting together the order to the printer and don't want to leave anyone out. Thanks.
Please contact Michael Leen (email@example.com ) or Victoria Arthur (firstname.lastname@example.org ) if you have any questions.
Arlington Food Drive
On behalf of the Board of Youth Services and the Arlington Food Pantry, thank you for your generosity with the food drive!!! Collectively, the Arlington schools raised more than $6,000 in gift cards. Over 150 families received food and gift cards according to family size. Some Hardy families even helped organize and sort food at the pantry on Saturday before Thanksgiving. Thank You Hardy Community!
You and your children can read how you helped make the holidays a little nicer for our neighbors in this Arlington Advocate article.http://arlington.wickedlocal.com/article/20151125/NEWS/151127002?template=printart
Please do not forget your children on the two super early releases and I hope to see you all at the gate lighting ceremony on Thursday.
